You want something to change. But somehow, you keep ending up where you started.

You’ve tried to move forward, make different choices, or follow through on what matters to you. Yet somehow, you find yourself returning to familiar patterns.

Sometimes, meaningful change isn’t about pushing yourself harder. It starts with looking more closely at what’s happening beneath the surface — creating greater inner alignment and a stronger basis for change.

When change doesn’t stick, there may be more going on.

It can be frustrating to genuinely want something to change and still find yourself returning to familiar patterns. Over time, it’s easy to question your motivation, your discipline, or even your ability to change.

But what looks like a lack of willpower may not be that simple.

Sometimes we want to go in one direction while something within us hesitates, avoids, or pulls another way. Rather than judging that reaction immediately, we can begin by becoming curious about it.

A forest path forking into two directions
Approach

Start with understanding, not with fighting yourself.

We all have different needs, fears, hopes, and ways of responding to what happens in our lives. At times, these can point us in different directions.

One side of you may be ready for change, while another prefers what feels familiar. One may push ahead, while another has reasons to slow things down.

Rather than deciding that one side is right and the other needs to disappear, we can listen more closely. What is each trying to achieve? What matters to it? And what might make its response understandable?

This is where my approach begins: paying attention to what is happening within you without immediately trying to change or push it away.

From there, we can develop greater clarity and explore a way forward that feels more aligned with what genuinely matters to you.

The work

What working together can look like

You bring what you want to explore or change. Together, we look beyond the immediate problem and pay attention to what may be keeping certain patterns in place — not to fit your experience into a formula, but to make more sense of it.

First

Building the foundation

Often, what we experience as being stuck has more than one side to it. You may want to move forward while something else in you hesitates, avoids, or pulls in a different direction.

We take time to listen to these different sides and understand what is important to them, rather than trying to make one of them win.

Over time, this can reduce some of the inner struggle and create a steadier basis from which to make choices and take the next step.

And from there

Finding your way forward

From there, we begin to explore what these insights mean for the situation you originally brought to coaching.

We look at what change could look like in practice, what choices might bring you closer to it, and which next steps feel right for you.

The goal isn’t for me to give you the answers. My role is to help you explore, clarify, and find a way forward that you can make your own.

Clarify Choose Act
Outcomes

What may begin to change

Over time, you may begin to notice more clarity, steadiness, and choice in how you move through everyday decisions and changes.

01

Greater clarity when making decisions

02

Less inner conflict around the things you want to change

03

A better understanding of what tends to pull you off course

04

More confidence in your own judgment and direction

05

A stronger connection to what matters to you

06

A greater ability to turn insight into practical steps and follow through

The aim is not to remove every doubt, hesitation, or difficult feeling. It is to develop a different way of relating to them, so you can stay more connected to your choices and to what matters to you.

About

Why I work this way

In my own development, being supported in understanding why things were the way they were made a meaningful difference for me.

It helped me look at myself with more understanding, relate differently to what was happening inside, and become more connected to the choices I was making.

That experience shaped how I want to support others.

I believe there is value in taking the time to look beneath the surface before trying to change what is happening. My role is to offer a space where you can explore this with openness and care, and from there find your own way toward greater clarity, alignment, and meaningful change.

1:1 coaching 6 sessions Collaborative, client-led process

I offer 1:1 coaching in a package of 6 sessions.

The sessions give us time to explore what you bring, work with what becomes relevant along the way, and connect what you discover with decisions and practical changes in your life.

The process is collaborative. I bring the structure, questions, and perspective of the coaching, while you remain the one deciding what is important to you, what you want to work toward, and which steps you want to take.

Start a conversation

Ready to explore what could change?

If something here resonates with you, we can start with a short introductory conversation.

In 20 minutes, we can get to know each other, talk briefly about what brings you to coaching, and see whether working together feels like a good fit for both of us.

This conversation isn’t about going deeply into the coaching process yet. It’s simply a space to ask questions, get a sense of how we might work together, and decide whether taking the next step feels right.
